New to yoga? We all have to start somewhere! Join Elyse Perry for a 4 week series focused on the basics of Vinyasa style yoga. You will learn foundational poses and their variations, transitions, proper alignment, injury prevention, breathing techniques, and more! After this series, you will feel more comfortable and confident in public classes. Class will be gently heated to 75-78 degrees.
Since this is a series, drop ins are not offered.
Please bring a mat and water.
