our classes are heated unless otherwise noted. warm classes are 82-85 degrees, and hot classes are 85-90 degrees. we are open 10 minutes before class start time. please refer to the schedule. we recommend that new students fill out our online waiver in advance to save time. you can find the waiver here .
yoga classes
hot vinyasa flow
focused on cultivating a moving meditation by connecting postures and movements to breath, our hot vinyasa flow class is guaranteed to melt the day away. get out of your head, and into your body and breathe. we welcome every body and everybody! pose variations are always shared so that the practice is accessible to everyone. this class is heated to 85-90 degrees.
hot emPower flow
hot emPower flow is the jam! prepare to challenge your body and mind in this heated power vinyasa style class with an upbeat and mindful playlist. you will not only move with your breathe, but may also find longer holds in poses as welll. you will build strength, break a sweat, and then stretch it allllllllll out. all levels and bodies are welcome! variations of poses are always shared so that the practice is accessible to everyone. this class is heated to 85-90 degrees.
warm slow flow
stretchy, sweaty, soulful and sweet. this slow and flow-y vinyasa style class focuses on deep stretches and longer holds while still moving with and connecting to the breath. pose variations are always shared so that the practice is accessible to everyone. this class is heated to 82-85 degrees.
warm sacred sunday flow
get on your mat and breathe away the sunday scaries. sacred sunday flow is all about feeling good in your mind and your body. you can expect to move, meditate, sweat, and glow in this heated vinyasa style flow class with some strength building movements and deeper holds sprinkled in. modifications are always shared so that the practice is accessible to everyone. this class is heated to 82-85 degrees.
warm core flow
this core and solar plexus chakra focused flow will leave you feeling invigorated and strong. we will weave abdominal and back strength work into vinyasa flows and focus on creating space using the breath. you can expect some longer holds and mobility work as well. this practice is accessible to all levels. class is heated to 82-85 degrees.
warm vin + yin
the best of both worlds! this class is 30 minutes of vinyasa flow (breath to movement pace) followed by 30 minutes of yin (longer holds targeting fascia and deeper tissue) to cool down. the blend of yin + yang will help you to flow and breathe your week and worries away while balancing your mind and body. this class is gently heated to 82-85 degrees.
hot hatha flow
enhance your flexibility, strength, and balance through asana (poses) and awareness of the mind-body connection. this class will help you to develop more mental focus as your parasympathetic nervous systems finds regulation. hot hatha flow is sure to be a great reset and is appropriate for all levels. this class is heated to 85-90 degrees.
gentle hatha flow
gentle hatha is a great opportunity to move slowly and mindfully through asanas (poses) with a focus on alignment and pranayama (breath). you will be encouraged to find balance between the mind and body through a balance of stillness in standing, seated, and supine postures and some gentle movements that are guided by the breath. this class is appropriate for all levels and is set to a comfortable temperature.
yin
cool that heat you cultivate in your vinyasa classes and balance it out with a practice for your moon side. we will hold postures for 1-5 minutes and restore balance in the body using our breath and stillness. yin yoga heavily focuses on encouraging deep fascia release which in turn benefits the nervous system and assists the parasympathetic nervous system. pose variations are always shared so that the practice is accessible to everyone. this class is not heated and practiced at 75-78 degrees.
deep reset
reset. recharge. start anew! this restorative yoga class is meant to support you and renew you in all the best ways. restorative yoga focuses on longer holds that are fully supported so that you receive the benefits of physical stretching and release as well as deep relaxation of the nervous system. think rest and digest vs fight or flight! there will be lots of props, guided meditation, and eye pillows. your nervous system will thank you! this class is not heated and will be set to a comfortable temperature.
pilates + barre + sculpt classes
hot pilates
hot pilates combines pilates principles with hiit (high intensity interval training). this high intensity, high energy, low impact class is a killer workout that leaves you feeling strong and ready to take on anything. you can expect to use weights and other fitness equipment (bands, sliders, bala bangles, etc.) to tone and strengthen your entire body. this class is appropriate for all levels and is practiced at a temperature of 85-90 degrees.
mat pilates
this welcoming yet challenging class is a traditional form of pilates that involves a flow of strengthening and lengthening exercises performed on a mat, using mainly body weight and gravity. It focuses on core muscles, as well as the arms, back, and legs, and is based on the original exercises joseph pilates created to strengthen the body. it's a low-impact workout that can build strength, improve posture, and support a mind-body connection. this is an unheated class that is appropriate for all levels and bodies.
barre
pulse it out! strengthen and tone your body in ways that you didn't know were possible using weights, sliders, and other fitness equipment both on and off the barre. this full body workout contains elements of ballet, yoga, and pilates and focuses on low-impact cardio paired with high-intensity movements that activate both large and small muscle groups and develop long and lean muscles, agility, and flexibility. no prior dance or ballet experience is required. this class is not heated.
hot sculpt
our hot sculpt classes are sure to leave you feeling sweaty, strong, and fiercely peaceful. this class uses elements of yoga and pilates combined with weights and other equipment (think bands, sliders, bala bangles, etc.) to build strength, stamina, and flexibility to prepare you for the best savasana you have ever had! hot sculpt is appropriate for all levels and is heated to 85-90 degrees.
glute lab NSFW
Glute Lab NSFW is a functional lower body workout targeting the...you guessed it! The glutes. Using body weight and equipment you will create the strong and balanced lower body of your dreams. This class is heated to 82 degrees and appropriate for all levels. Expect a spicy playlist and a fun time!
FAQs
i’m new! how do I know which class is best for me?
all classes are open to all levels and abilities, and pose variations are always offered. students are encouraged to listen to their bodies, and rest when needed in any class. we are happy to discuss your individual needs and spend some time with you to help you decide how to begin your healing and yoga journey. for beginners or those that are newer to yoga we recommend hatha and slow flow classes.
how should I prepare for class?
we recommend dressing in clothing that is comfortable and not distracting to move in. make sure you have water, a towel, and any props you may need for your practice. it is ideal to arrive to in-person classes 10 minutes early in order to set up your mat and relax.
what can I expect during class?
during any class, you can expect to connect to your mind, body, and breath. mindful movement is always encouraged through the guidance of a certified instructor. whether you are new to yoga, or a current practitioner, you will find yourself challenged mentally and physically through both stillness and movement. we encourage you to rest and hydrate any time you feel that you need to. most importantly, if something doesn’t feel good in your body, pay attention to that and exit the pose.
