Ayurveda is the world's oldest health system. This nature based way of life is rooted in the elements, and can provide wellness and balance to anyone's life. In this workshop, you will learn about your individual mind/body type, which are often referred to as doshas, as well as how to keep them in balance. We will also discuss the benefits of a daily routine (dinacharya), how your yoga practice is related to Ayurveda, food as medicine, and how even just a few small changes can facilitate profound healing.
Plan to bring a mat or blanket to sit on. Some bolsters will be available for use.
