Are you ready to take you practice to a different level and get your feet off the ground? Maybe you are looking to fine tune your current techniques and practices. Either way, this workshop is for you! Join Julie as she guides you through some common arm balance and inversion poses, while discussing alignment and mobility techniques as well as transitions into and out of them.
All levels are welcome, but some yoga experience is helpful!
Plan to bring a mat and water, and wear clothing that is easy to move in.
